Also their pull style becomes much more bent over than up right which leads to big time stalling out between 400-470/500 ish. You can narrow your stance to shoulder width (or closer), keep your back straight (and don’t stick your butt out), your knees pointed straight ahead, and so on in order to focus on the quadriceps. Instead I would say to keep both heavy rack pulls and regular Dl’s in the mix. Keep it simple and you will hit 405 within a year. I use it even when my hands are not sweaty. But squatting ain’t everything. Try squatting with a wider stance and really focus on sitting back and feeling it in your glutes and hamstrings! All programming. I used to squat more than I deadlift, but I'm a female so a stronger lower body isn't that abnormal. I stopped squatting wide and using other powerlifting ques because I wanted squats to build up the front of my thighs instead of just my hips and ass. Especially at your point in training. The people who do this are very advanced. Work your way back up to around your old max, and your new max will be higher.

Increasing bodyweight would help, as would doing some heavy work for hamstrings. It even felt like a 95-98% effort so 405 might be pretty soon. And most importantly decent weekly stretching sessions, say about 3 times a week 30 to 40 minutes for lower body and legs.
