Yes, you are not going to make the top salary as an auto body tech, HOWEVER, you will be working alongside some of the best auto body techs around and you WILL learn skills far more valuable than an extra $1 - $2 an hour. A couple should have gotten more training before promotion and have been made to learn to talk to people. Last Sunday we ordered a car online though Carvana. They don't care about there employees and no one in the front office knows anything about cars! There is no weekends for Loaders and unloaders.

Favoritism is the biggest turnoff about this job and if you work there you’ll why. What type of drug test? Try to get help from company for medical treatment no response from benefits department. I honestly do feel like the company as a whole really cares about and takes care of their people.

I plan to retire with this company. Ordering from Carvana was one of the easiest things I’ve done in a while.


State don't be a richard!

Over the years of working at Carvana i seen the quality of cars go down. Shortly after we got the car, we had to replace the plastic reservoir tank for the radiator. Make no sense. ( Log Out /  Driver’s and loaders helps each other. My aschedule was 6:00a.m. Working with cars was never a job for me because I loved cars but Carvana has made me hate everything about it!

The culture is nice and the pay is decent. Since purchases are slow at this given moment, they are dropping two of the two customer service advocates hours down here shortly, but still Carvana hired someone for the same role. What is the most stressful part about working at CARVANA? No advancements or barely any promotions for others, but I still haven't seen any advancements for myself. I believe the values the company holds and benefits package are great.
