Great spot for East River passage! Visitors should be aware that we can not accommodate power vessels of any length, or sailboats greater than 50' in length, on our moorings due to Atlantic Highlands Municipal Harbor policy; dock slips for these vessels may be obtained by contacting the harbor office on Ch 09. But they issued a refund even though we didn’t expect it.

Now, I normally shower aboard Rocinante, but decided to check them out. We arrived at the end of the season and could get access to the washrooms so we have no idea what to say about them. Dennis is one of the most courteous and helpful hosts we have encountered. You will always find members and guests socializing at the beautiful hand-crafted AHYC Bar. Great staff secure moorings and a simple launching point for heading south. Were giving moorings quickly and have a great launch service that runs late.

This is a tough one - we really like it here and while we normally anchor out, we’ll usually take a mooring for at least a few nights whenever we pass through. Request it to be The yacht club staff was very responsive on Dockwa during the reservation process and when we thought we may need to stay another night. The club also had complimentary sandwiches and snacks since they couldn’t serve dinner. Third time there.

Beautiful stone sea wall to keep your boat well protected. Members were friendly, commodore was very helpful.

Great mooring with excellent bridle set-up and chafe protection. AHYC is available for private parties and events. Very convenient and efficient launch service. We would definitely come back.

Shore Casino | Yacht Harbor Marina | Atlantic Highlands, NJ The showers are abysmal! The only negatives were that the Yacht Club clubhouse was still closed and the bathrooms/showers were far from the mooring field (we did not use them). To our guests: I had a three day reservation and they just tossed me off for some relationship with the club.

Super hospitality - highly recommended, Should have had an email/ text package of where to pick up shower cards, launch hours, laundry etc . Shore Casino is pleased to offer ala Carte dining on Saturday evenings, beginning at 6:00pm. This is a great place to stop. The launch service was great. Didn't use the bathroom this trip but have in the past and they are adequate and air conditioned. Bathrooms (run by the town) are barely OK. Will not disappoint. I am on a fixed income so that hurts as I now have to pay for an expensive slip nearby with the unrelated marina. Great for amateurs like us. Good mooring field, solid tackle and well protected. The marina a mooring fields are protected from waves and wins. Great spot for East River passage!

It’s always safe with easy access to and from the harbor and with the water taxi it’s easy to go ashore.

Welcome to the Atlantic Highlands Yacht Club! Wouldn’t have been a problem because I like the anchor area nearby but I wasn’t anchoring there because I have to leave my boat for a couple days.

Easy, responsive and very professional! The Launch service is stellar, and this is a rare instance where we did not need to put our dinghy in the water.

Will not disappoint. If you have a problem or wish to commend a particular individual, bring it to the attention of one of the committee members.

Our facilities include the moorings and launch service and a second story club house with spectacular views of Sandy Hook Bay and the New York City sky line. Great yacht club to visit.
